The Suorin Air is one of two AIO mini-mods (alongside the Drop) put out by industry newcomer Goldreams Technology. In our humble opinion, it’ll be a huge hit for fans of ultra-portable, inexpensive, simple, easy-to-use mods.
The Air boasts a 400mAh internal battery, with activation occurring automatically through inhalation. The device is turned on or off via a small switch on the bottom – and conveniently, one of the bottom corners also features a blue/red battery-life indicator light. Altogether, this may not seem like much, but it actually carries benefits for newbie and veteran vapers alike. Newbies won’t be overwhelmed by the modest power/vapor of the device or any obscure buttons, while veterans can comfortably invest in the Air as a thrifty and simple on-the-go/emergency mod. In terms of the actual vaping experience, Suorin Air generates an incredibly tight mouth-to-lung draw. Fans of big clouds might be turned off, but the draw will be ideal for recent ex-smokers and individuals who are keen on a stealthy vaping experience.
Looking at the design of the Suorin Air, there is a lot of cause for excitement there as well. The body of the mod (i.e. the battery component) is incredibly thin and sleek. Its dimensions are a diminutive 88 mm x 43 mm x 8 mm, allowing the Air to fit easily in the palm of your hand (or a pocket!). The removable pods are constructed to be leakproof, and the mouthpieces (holes at either corner of the juice pod) will not produce spitback. Finally, one last point of positivity to note is the device’s passthrough capability: you can vape even as you charge the device, meaning that you’ll never be deprived. In fact, even if you feel uncomfortable vaping on passthrough, the Suorin Air charges incredibly fast – full charge in 30 minutes – so any deprivation would be highly temporary at most.
