Yes, if you have successfully completed your order and got to the thank you page your order will be shipped. At times some of our emails may not reach your inbox. Please check your spam folder just in case. If you require further assistance please contact us.

When you place an order on, we initiate a temporary pre-authorization on your credit card to confirm its validity. This is not an actual charge. The final charge will only be applied to your card once your order is fully processed and shipped. Typically, the pre-authorization is removed from your bank statement within 5 business days.
