Overview

VapeLoft Rewards is our way of thanking the customers who keep coming back. The program has four tiers: Starter Cloud, Flavor Fanatic, True Vaper and Elite Vaper. Each tier unlocks its own set of benefits, and the more you shop with us, the higher you climb.

Program Year and Tier Upgrades

  • The program runs on a calendar year, from January 1 to December 31.
  • When your spending reaches a new tier, you're upgraded right away and can use your new benefits immediately. No waiting until the next year.

Keeping Your Tier

Your total spend in a calendar year sets your tier for the following year. Whatever tier you've reached by December 31 becomes your starting tier on January 1.

Example: If you reach True Vaper in June 2026, you'll enjoy True Vaper benefits for the rest of 2026 and start 2027 at True Vaper.

Tier Discounts and Other Offers

Tier discounts can't be combined with any other discount or offer. This includes, but isn't limited to:

  • Items that are already on sale or on clearance
  • Coupon codes and promo codes
  • Promotional and seasonal events, such as Black Friday or holiday sales
  • Bundle deals, multi-buy offers and any other special pricing

If an item is already discounted, your tier discount won't apply to it.

Offers and Promotions

Rewards, offers and promotions may change, or be withdrawn, at any time without notice. It's up to members to stay current on the latest program details.

Changes to the Program

VapeLoft may change, update or end the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. This includes the terms, rewards and tier spending thresholds. Changes take effect as soon as they're made.

Fair Use

The Rewards Program is for personal use only. Any abuse, fraud or attempt to get around the program rules, including reselling or using multiple accounts, may lead to account review, loss of rewards and removal from the program.

Account Suspension and Termination

VapeLoft may suspend or close any account involved in program abuse or a breach of these terms. If an account is closed, all earned rewards and tier status are forfeited.

Agreement to These Terms

By taking part in VapeLoft Rewards, you agree to these terms. Rewards and offers are a courtesy from VapeLoft, not a legal entitlement.

We may update these terms from time to time, so please check back now and then. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the revised terms.
