We have customers all across the globe and have been delivering internationally since 2012. So we can ship you the latest and greatest in vaping, no matter where you are.


PROCESSING

  • If you order before 9 AM on a weekday, we’ll process and ship it on the same day.
  • If you order after 9 AM, we’ll process it on the same day and ship it the next business day.
  • If you order on the weekend, we’ll process and ship it the following business day.

In rare situations, like when an order is flagged by our fraud-prevention system, you may experience longer processing times. In these cases, we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delay.

VAPELOFT FREE SHIPPING

We do our best to get all of the orders out as quickly as possible, and sometimes even upgrade to a faster shipping option and this is proven by our loyal customer base. However we believe in fairness and equality, therefore customers that have paid for shipping are prioritized automatically. During the current global health situation FREE SHIPPING orders may require longer than 72 hours to process, please be patient during this time.
 
What Qualifies for Free Shipping?
  • Minimum $65 (Canada)/$85 (USA) sub-total
  • Shipping address within Canada or United States

Shipments within Canada are sent out via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service.

For our US customers we utilize USPS with tracking & no tracking depending on the region. If your order is over $75 we will ship your order via Tracked Packet, orders over $160 will be shipped via Expedited Parcel USA.


PROOF OF AGE

All products sold on vapeloft.com are intended for adults. A signature and proof of age (Dependent on the province/state) will be required upon receipt of your package.

If your signature and proof of age are not collected during delivery, your package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will not be eligible for refund on final sale itemsPlease do not place orders if you are under legal vaping age in your region.

Please note that all packages shipped out will require a proof of age signature, regardless of whether you have purchased in the past or not. It’s the law.

SHIPPING TIMES/DELIVERY STANDARDS

Please note, all delivery standard guarantees have been suspended by Canada Post, USPS until further notice.

We ship orders every day of the week, except for weekends. If you have received a notification of shipment on the weekend, it usually means your order was processed but will go out the following business day. 
Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping couriers (Canada Post, USPS, etc) All delivery standard dates are provided in business days. For more information on delivery standards please refer to the Canada Post Website.

Every day we do our best to get your orders out as quick as possible. However once the order has left our facility, it’s now in the hands of the courier (Canada Post, UPS, DHL) at this point we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers.

International Shipments

If you live outside of Canada, you may choose a shipping option that is best suitable for you. 

All international orders may be subject to customs and brokerage fees. You are responsible for any duties/taxes and additional fees upon arrival in your Country. Furthermore all buyers must be aware of importation laws in your region. VapeLoft is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, stopped and/or seized by lawful means in your jurisdiction.

Please contact your local customs for further information on importing vape related goods.

SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES

Please note that DHL (USA) and Canpar (CANADA) will not ship to a P.O box. The only couriers that have access to P.O boxes are CanadaPost/USPS. If your address contains a P.O box we will reach out to you and request an address without a P.O box or change your shipping method.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If your package is unclaimed within a specified time frame at the post office, or several attempted deliveries have failed. Your package will be returned to us. Once this happens you have two options:

  1. Get your order re-shipped – You will need to pay for re-shipping of your order, and any fees associated with unclaimed packages such as return shipping cost to us.
  2. Request an order cancellation/refund – Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded, including original shipping charge. All final sale items will not be refunded, all eligible items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. Furthermore if vapeloft.com incurs a return shipping charge for any unclaimed package, these fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
