Let me start with the good: the vape delivers an exceptionally smooth and nice flow of vape, with no “spluttering”, and the fact that it detects your coil and suggests optimal settings is excellent. It has an intuitive interface. I also like that it doesn’t leak, and the rubber protection of the tank. And it looks great. The negatives: the charger never worked. I’m not sure if it’s the actual cable that has an issue, or the port where you plug it in. I have to take out the battery and use a separate charger. I also find it really hard to open it up to refill juice. You have to press down on the top and twist, and it is “fiddly” as it seems to get stuck and you end up having to use some force, and prevent the whole tank from coming off the base. Because of all the rubber covering the tank, it’s a bit hard to see how much juice you’ve filled in, and it has some very narrow slots to pour the juice in.The tank doesn’t seem to have a lot of capacity as I think the coil takes up a lot of the space. When you remove the battery you have to unscrew the cover, which comes off as a separate piece (perhaps easy to lose that piece while charging). When twisting both the cap off to fill the tank, and the battery cover to charge the battery, the threads seem not very precisely cut and you feel metal “gnashing” on metal; it’s not very smooth. Maybe it will get better with time. I have an Eleaf vape that I personally feel is easier to use, with a tank lid that you easily just push open (with a nice big hole for pouring the juice in), and a plastic cover for the battery that is attached to the device and that you can easily slide open. That device seems to be of higher quality. The only issue I have with that one, is that the tank leaks a lot. I’ve had it for a few years, and it may be I paid more for it; I don’t remember. All in all, I don’t hate this device, as it does deliver a nice cloud and is easy to use (except for when charging or filling), but I wish I had spent a bit more money and bought something with higher quality, and probably one with two batteries as they have a wider wattage range and I think end up lasting a bit longer (I charge the battery a couple of times per day on this one). But I think this device is good as a “starter” device as you don’t have to know much about wattage and ohm settings etc in order to set it up (the device detects your coil and gives you the option of using the suggested setting or adjusting it yourself). In general, I highly suggest VapeLoft, as they have unparalleled customer service: super helpful and friendly staff, and very fast delivery times (I’m buying online because of the corona situation).
