If you are located in USA, you will no longer see the DHL Express, Priority and DHL Upgrade options as of March 26, 2021.
We will continue shipping parcels via CanadaPost/USPS, and will introduce new upgrade fees based on our current DHL system that you’ve been enjoying in the past.
Please note that DHL Express was our fastest option for all states. If your orders are time sensitive we strongly encourage to select Xpresspost USA or Expedited USA at the checkout page.
Below is a table of estimated transit times for all CanadaPost options available. Once your order crosses the border, USPS will take over delivery and all tracking numbers can be tracked at usps.com

I don't live in the US, can I use DHL?
This does not affect our customers outside of the US. If you are located outside of the US, you will still be able to select DHL shipping for your orders.
