Our email service provider is currently experiencing a significant data-centre outage caused by a cooling-system failure. As a result, VapeLoft’s incoming and outgoing customer emails may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

Service is currently expected to be restored at approximately 6:00 p.m. ET today, although this timeline may change as recovery work continues. Emails sent during the outage are not expected to be lost and should be delivered once service is restored.
