USA Shipments to be paused

Starting this week we will be pausing all US bound shipments due to the federal governments suspension of the De Minimis program.

Up until August 29, 2025 most foreign shipments entering the US were exempt from duties if the total cost of goods was under $800, this encouraged free trade and allowed customers to freely purchase their favourite items online regardless of country of origin.

Most federal postal services have agreements and work directly with USPS to handle inbound parcels and customs clearance once items enter the United States. However the suspension of DE MINIMIS means that all parcels entering the states, regardless of the value must now have duties paid prior to entry. Unfortunately most couriers like Canada Post, Australia Post, Japan Post and etc., do not yet have systems in place to facilitate this change at this time.

Our team is working hard to resume shipments to our US friends and customers as soon as possible, however it is strictly dependant on our shipping partner Canada Post, which is the only courier that works directly with USPS.
